This is a meeting held at either our office, your home or your work place. This meeting is held at our expense and gives both of us a chance to meet each other and so we can discuss what you are looking for and our process that we offer. By the end of the meeting we will continue in a direction forward that we both agree on.  We encourage you to come prepared to the meeting with questions for us.

We aim to understand your financial goals and dreams as soon as possible so we are best prepared to serve you. We will then undertake research and formulate strategies that will add value to your unique situation which will help you to achieve your goals and dreams.

3 Evaluating your financial situation

After you have agreed to us providing you with financial advice, we will then undertake research and formulate strategies that will add value to your unique situation which will help you to achieve your goals and dreams.

4 Plan Preparation

Based on these strategies, we will document our recommendations in a Statement of Advice personalized to your situation.”  We will then contact you to arrange a mutually suitable time to present our recommendations to you.

5 Presentation and Implementation

Presentation and Implementation

This meeting is an important opportunity to discuss the benefits, costs and risks of the recommended strategies as documented in the Statement of Advice. We will work through the Statement of Advice together using a number of visual aids and at your pace.  Once you have had time to absorb and understand the recommendations, we will proceed to implement all steps you have agreed to.

6 Reviewing your financial plan

Reviewing Your Financial Position

Your situation, lifestyle and goals are likely to change over time, so it’s important your financial plan is reviewed appropriately.  We will keep in touch with you on a regular basis including a review meeting at a minimum of once a year.
